Cancellation

We would like to remind you to make your reservations well in advance to avoid not being able to stay at our lodge and having to change your travel plan.

Payments can be done by:

  • Cash, cashcard or credit card at the front desk (for walk-ins)
  • Wire transfer. (50% deposit is required upon confirmation)

Cancellations
Cancellation of reservations within 61 or more days before check-in date will be completely refunded.
Cancellation of reservations  within 60 to 31 days before check-in date will be charged 50% of the total sum
Cancellation of reservations within 30 days before check-in date will be charged the full amount.

Refunds / Claims
Claims due to failing of requested services should be passed on immediately to our hosts. Refunds will only be paid if the claim is well founded and confirmed by our representative and approved by our owner. In case you have made expenses due to failure of services we would need the original receipts/bills with a covering letter as soon as possible or within 4 weeks after return date.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your stay before departure for any reason at all with prior notice, if we consider this in the best interest of the client. Client has the right to make the reservation at another time – if the price value remains the same, or the amount paid by client will be refunded in total, without further obligation or liability of Mondi Lodge.  Mondi Lodge can not accept any liability or responsibility for any changes as mentioned above.
